As a Partner at NBBJ and a Global Leader of the firm’s healthcare practice, Christina brings more than two decades of experience shaping transformative healthcare environments for leading institutions worldwide. She specializes in enterprise strategy, master planning, and capital planning for complex health systems, advising C-suite executives on some of the industry’s most ambitious and consequential investments.
Christina’s work focuses on large-scale, system-wide hospitals serving both adult and pediatric populations. She is known for aligning clinical operations, business strategy, and design innovation to deliver high-performing, future-ready environments of care. By translating complex operational and programmatic demands into cohesive architectural solutions, she helps organizations strengthen performance while creating healing spaces that support patients, families, and clinicians alike.
A trusted advisor to executive leadership teams across the country, Christina partners directly with CEOs, COOs, and executive leadership to guide long-term development strategies and enterprise transformation initiatives. Her portfolio includes leadership roles on major healthcare institutional works such as the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Weil Cornell, Memorial Sloan Kettering and New York City’s Hospital for Special Surgery, among others.
