Her command of risk mitigation, cost certainty, schedule clarity and diverse regulatory environments allows her to consistently guide client objectives into realized design excellence. A LEED-accredited architect, Yuri develops long-term relationships with premier Fortune 500 organizations and advises on some of the nation's most significant and large-scale projects, guiding integrated teams with clarity and precision across every phase of delivery.
Yuri leads project management efforts for distinguished organizations including Warner Bros., Intel, Samsung, UCSD, Kiroy and Tishman Speyer, among others, stewarding millions of square feet of complex developments. Her systematic approach to schedule optimization and budget stewardship ensures projects are delivered without compromising design ambition. Notably, her visionary leadership of the UCSD Viterbi Family Vision Research Center drove $3M in cost savings, delivering transformative impacts for the client, researchers and patients.
